The Company does not validate or endorse advertising or promotional content. Users are solely responsible for verifying all information prior to relying on it. All services are provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties, express or implied.
The Company reserves the absolute right to refuse or cancel any booking request at its sole discretion without assigning reason. A booking is not deemed confirmed until full payment is received and accepted by flyingnoor.com. If the User is dissatisfied with the platform or service, the exclusive remedy is to discontinue use upon written notification to the Company.
All reservations require prepayment. Rates are subject to change based on currency fluctuations and dynamic pricing. Published rates apply exclusively to the leisure travel market. Hotels may charge regular BAR/Rack rates if guest purpose of travel is not leisure, and the Company shall bear no responsibility for such enforcement.
Urgent or last-minute reservations may be fully non-refundable and subject to immediate payment. Once confirmed, cancellation penalties will apply without exception.
Providing accurate booking information is a mandatory User obligation. Any false declaration, unauthorized booking, or misrepresentation empowers the Company to cancel reservations without liability.
Only one amendment per booking is permitted; further changes require cancellation and re-booking at prevailing rates. Certain bookings prohibit name changes and must be cancelled and re-issued.
Hotel classifications, star ratings, and descriptions are provided by suppliers and accepted in good faith. Standards vary by region; therefore, the Company shall not be held liable for category discrepancies.
All platform content is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws. Copying, redistribution, modification, or reproduction without written consent is strictly prohibited.
Users must ensure validity of passports, visas, and travel documents. Nationality must be declared accurately at time of booking. Hotels may impose market-specific restrictions and revise rates accordingly. Any financial loss resulting from misdeclared nationality shall be borne fully by the User/agency.
In cases of hotel closure, overbooking, or maintenance, the supplier is responsible for relocating guests to comparable accommodation. The Company will provide one alternative option only. No compensation or further liability shall arise due to events beyond Company control, including high-season or event-related unavailability.
Passengers must reconfirm flight schedules directly with airlines at least 72 hours prior to departure. The Company is not liable for cancellations caused by failure to reconfirm.
The airline is solely responsible for passengers once on board its aircraft. The issued ticket constitutes the entire contract between passenger and airline.
These services are subject to supplier-specific terms and may be strictly non-refundable. Reconfirmation details are displayed on vouchers. Failure to reconfirm may void service without refund.
Transfers are non-amendable; no changes of any type (name, date, vehicle, flight details) will be accepted once processed.
