To initiate a refund for your flight or hotel booking, please email us at res@flyingnoor.com with your booking reference and travel details. Our Refunds Team will review your request and process it in accordance with the applicable airline or supplier refund policies. Please note that each booking is governed by its own fare rules and terms, which will be shared with you at the time of purchase. We recommend reviewing these conditions carefully before requesting any changes or cancellations.
Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment and may take up to 14 working days to reflect in your account.
Non Refundable Policy: Once the ticket is issued, no refund or cancellation is permitted as per their standard policy. Especially Low-cost airlines, including but not limited to IndiGo, Air Arabia, and similar carriers, operate on strict non-refundable and non-cancellable fare rules. We suggest reviewing these conditions carefully before issue.
